Gregg Investigations has a
proven track record for successfully serving defense attorneys with criminal
cases. We will investigate any and all charges ranging from misdemeanors to
first degree homicide to sexual assaults. Our investigators are available on a
moments notice to serve our attorney clients.
We do accept Public Defender and court appointed cases. We ask our attorney clients to obtain pre-authorization(with copy of that authorization)from the State Public Defender's Office before we proceed.
Our rate for private attorneys is $65 per man hour and $0.40 per mile.
Public Defender cases are billed at current Public defender rate.
Court appointed rates are approved by court, call to discuss before putting in request.
